
Horseshoe Bay, Texas – February 14, 2016 – The 2016 TJGT Tour Championship commenced this past weekend on St. Valentine’s Day. A tournament that has provided excitement and formidable competition throughout the years did not fail to please attendees once again.
The juniors competed on the famed Marriott Horseshoe Bay resort courses, a double venue tournament site. With cool breezes and sunshine in the forecast, the players did not hold back on attacking the pins. There was plenty to gain with an exceptional performance this weekend. The 12-18 Girls champion and 15-18 Boys champion were equally offered fully exempt AJGA PBE status. Following these awards, 2nd through 15th place in the Boys 15-18 Division each claimed multiple AJGA PBE stars. In the Girls 11-18 Division, 2nd through 10th place claimed multiple AJGA PBE stars.
