TJGT TOURNAMENT SERIES INFORMATION – VIEW TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE HERE
The Texas Junior Golf Tour’s annual season begins on September 1 and runs through the following August 31. The Tour’s schedule is divided up between two tournament series – Elite Series tournaments and Open Series Tournaments.

TJGT Open Series Tournaments

- Open to all junior golfers eager to participate in 36 holes of tournament play
- Yardages** 6,600-6,900 for Boys 15-18; 6,200-6600 for Boys 11-14; 5,500-5,800 for all Girls
- Junior Golf Scoreboard ranked events
- 6-Ball Pack Titleist ProV1 or ProV1x golf balls
- Custom TJGT player tee gift
- Snack stations
- Bottled water
- Player of the Year Points (toward Invitational qualification)
TJGT Elite Series Tournaments

- Open to junior golfers looking for higher-level competition and longer yardages beyond Open Series events
- Yardages** 6,800-7,100 for all Boys; 5,800-6,100 for all Girls
- 36-hole or 54-hole tournaments
- Junior Golf Scoreboard, GolfWeek and WAGR (when applicable) ranked events
- Custom TJGT apparel/high-end gifts from tour partners
- Special additional gift(s) from TJGT or event sponsors
- Snack stations
- Bottled water
- Extended Player of the Year Points (toward Invitational qualification)
- Winners exempt into annual Elites Cup Invitational
TJGT Elite Series Invitationals

- Invite-only fields based on TJGT player of the year standings
- Select at-large invitations also given out based on JGS rankings
- 36-hole or 54-hole tournaments
- Yardages** 6,800-7,100 for all Boys; 5,800-6,100 for all Girls
- Junior Golf Scoreboard, GolfWeek and WAGR (when applicable) ranked events
- Custom TJGT apparel/high-end gifts from tour partners
- Special additional gift(s) from TJGT or event sponsors

- Winners exempt into annual Elites Cup Invitational

TOURNAMENT AWARDS INFORMATION
Player awards for each tournament will be handed out at the completion of the division’s final round. Award ceremonies will be conducted near the scoring area unless specified by tournament staff. Players are asked to remain after their round to receive their award, regardless of place. Awards will not be mailed out to players that decide to leave before the award ceremony.
Note, in the event of a tie for a specific awarded place, only players present will be eligible for the playoff (either on-course or scorecard). Any player that is involved in the tie and has left the tournament grounds will, by default, lose any playoff.

*At The Tyler Rose, Texas Masters, Thanksgiving Showdown and Holiday Classic, the Boys 11-14 Champion will also be awarded a trophy
**At the Texas Masters, places 1st-5th will be awarded in the Girls 11-18 Division
